Iran: Were the Elections Fair?
Posted by Muthee in Global Summit on June 15th, 2009
Hello fellow bloggers.
This past weekend all the international news focus has been on Iran and the aftermath of the Friday elections. The defeated opposition leader is crying foul and has even moved ahead to appeal the outcome. And of course the clampdown on his supporters protesting the results was not befitting for an electoral democracy.
That aside though, I personally believe Mahmoud Ahmadinejad won fair and square over Mir Hossein Mousavi.
What are your takes on this, Young People?
